Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at the Exchange Bar & Kitchen. As a Bar Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers
  • Prepare and serve drinks, food, and other beverages to a high standard
  • Manage cash and card transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
