Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Italian Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all customer queries and will be responsible for providing product advice, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product advice and information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work proactively to mitigate escalations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as a brand ambassador for our client, delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand in a positive light
- Provide outstanding customer service across multiple channels, including telephone, email, and web chat
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian, both verbal and written
- C2 Level of English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a customer-facing environment
- Confident IT skills
- Flexibility, professionalism, drive, and willingness to learn
Working Hours
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Core working hours between 09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday (and between 09:00-01:00 Monday to Saturday during peak periods)
Contract Length
- Fixed-term contract, starting on a specified date until a specified date
