The role of a Personal Assistant is crucial in supporting daily life activities and fostering independence. As a Companionship Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with general housekeeping tasks, shopping, meal preparation, and kitchen duties. You will also offer companionship and emotional support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with household chores.
  • Support clients with grocery shopping.
  • Prepare meals and perform kitchen tasks.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship.
  • Perform additional tasks as requested.

Requirements:
  • A valid full UK driving license with business insurance.
  • A calm, reassuring, and caring demeanor.
  • An understanding of confidentiality and respect for privacy.

Pay and Benefits:
  • Salary: £11.68 per hour.
  • Holiday entitlement: equivalent to 5.6 weeks.
  • Free Care Skills training.
  • Subject to DBS check, satisfactory references, and 6-month probationary period.
