Job OverviewThis Homecare Support Specialist role involves supporting clients holistically to promote their well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities may include:
- Companionship
- Administering medication
- Assistance with nutritional needs
- Providing personal care in the comfort of the client's own home
You will be required to adhere to individual care plans, ensuring personalized support.
What We OfferAs a Homecare Support Specialist with Nurseplus UK Ltd, you can expect:
- Flexible shifts to suit your schedule - full-time or part-time, days, nights, and weekends
- A minimum 2-hour call length
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.17 per hour, paid weekly
- Ongoing support and further development opportunities
- Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light card, offering thousands of discounts online and in-store
- A refer-a-friend bonus of £250
To succeed as a Homecare Support Specialist with us, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have at least 6 months of UK-based care experience
- Possess a Full UK Driving License (with travel expenses covered up to 45p per mile)
- Have a good standard of English and effective communication skills
- Hold an enhanced DBS (which can be applied for upon registration, with a fee of £45.40 that will be refunded after a set period of work)
