We require a skilled Bank Homecare Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our residents in a Bank position.

Your duties will include working closely with the Deputy General Manager to supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants. You will also assist the clinical team with tasks such as medication administration, resident evaluations, and care plan development.

About the Role
  • Supervise and lead a team of Care Assistants.
  • Support the clinical team with tasks including medication management, resident evaluations, and care planning.
Qualifications and Experience
  • NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience in elderly care and support.
Salary: Approximately £27,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

This is a Bank position, offering flexibility to work variable hours and days.
