**Job Title:** Personal Assistant for Daily Living
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and patient individual to provide personal care and social support for a lady with brain injury in Sprowston, Norfolk.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general housekeeping, including shopping and cooking, helping with paperwork organization, and accompanying the lady to appointments. They will also ensure she takes her medication and assists with activities such as art, crochet, and swimming.
Requirements:
- Shared interests and a good sense of humour
- Patient and calm, not patronising
- Flexible and reliable
- Full clean driving licence
- Computer literate and familiar with Apple Mac (or willing to learn)
- Due to personal care in this role, a female is preferred
Terms and Conditions:
- The rate of pay for this position is £14.00 per hour
- Hours of work: 5 hours per week, 9.30am to 2.30 pm on Saturdays, plus flexible holiday/sickness cover as and when required.
- 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata paid leave, inclusive of bank holidays
