**About the Role**
We are seeking a Support Care Professional to provide companionship and care to a young woman with Down Syndrome. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, caring, and reliable individual who can assist with daily tasks and engage in activities promoting social interaction and mental stimulation.
This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life, working 5 hours every other Saturday. A full UK driving license and own vehicle are essential for this role.
**Responsibilities:**
- Personalized support and care to enhance the quality of life
- Assisting with daily tasks, including meal preparation, personal grooming, and mobility
- Engaging in activities promoting social interaction and mental stimulation
**Requirements:**
- Friendly, caring, and reliable individual
- Punctual, patient, and vigilant demeanor
- Understanding of young people with disabilities
