Job DescriptionAs a Homecare Worker, you will be responsible for supporting your client's well-being and quality of life. Your duties may include:
- Companionship
- Medication administration
- Nutritional support
- Personal care in the comfort of the client's own home
You will also be required to adhere to individual care plans.
What We OfferAs a Homecare Worker with Nurseplus, you can expect:
- Flexible shifts to fit your schedule - full-time or part-time, days, nights, and weekends
- A minimum 2-hour call length
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.17, paid weekly
- Free training in line with the Care Certificate
- Ongoing support and further development opportunities
- Annual pay increases
- Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light card, offering thousands of discounts online and in-store
- A refer-a-friend bonus of £250
To be successful as a Homecare Worker with Nurseplus, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have at least 6 months of UK-based care experience
- Possess a Full UK Driving License (with travel expenses covered up to 45p per mile)
- Have a good standard of English and effective communication skills
- Hold an enhanced DBS (which can be applied for upon registration, with a fee of £45.40 that will be refunded after a set period of work)
