We are seeking a Care and Support Worker to join our amazing teams in the Norwich area. As a Care and Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing companionship, support with personal care, and helping with daily tasks.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role:

  • Providing companionship and emotional support to our clients
  • Supporting clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting with household chores, cooking, and cleaning
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • No previous experience required, but a kind-hearted and adaptable approach is essential
