We are seeking a highly organised and administratively skilled individual to join our team as a School Administrator. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

- Administrative Support">
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing secretarial/reception/administration support, including diary management, booking appointments, word processing, filing and photocopying. They will also be expected to organise, attend and minute meetings internally and externally to the required standard, and distribute minutes to relevant parties.
Financial Management:
The School Administrator will be responsible for understanding and working within the Trust's financial procedures, including purchasing, invoicing, payments and banking. They will liaise with the central finance team, support other staff with understanding the financial procedures, raise purchase orders using PS Financials, manage stock, and regularly scrutinise purchase orders on the system.
General Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will also be expected to understand and work in accordance with the School's Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety and other relevant policies. They will attend appropriate training, work as a team member with all school staff, and undertake any other tasks as required by the Senior Leadership Team, which are considered commensurate with the job purpose and grading.
Estimated Salary: £29,350 per annum
