Main Responsibilities

As a skilled member of the nursing team, you will provide high-quality, holistic care to children, young people, and families. Your ability to promote family-centered care and establish strong relationships with patients and their families will be essential in delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Duties
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and carers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Take charge of the ward in the absence of senior nursing staff, demonstrating leadership and clinical expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and guidelines to ensure high-quality care delivery.
