We are seeking an experienced and skilled Contact Centre Supervisor to join our Vistry Services Division team. Based in one of our offices in Warrington, Leicester, Coleshill or Newcastle, you will play a vital role in enhancing the way we handle customer enquiries and drive greater satisfaction through timely and efficient responses.

About the Role

As a Contact Centre Supervisor, you will work closely with Sales Consultants to book viewings efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders. Your primary goal is to improve customer experience by responding promptly to their queries, thereby fostering loyalty and driving business growth.

About You
  • You have strong leadership skills and experience in managing contact centre operations.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels.
  • You are results-driven and focused on delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation.

In return for your expertise and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
