Role Responsibilities:

  • Promote a culture of excellence in customer service within Jungheinrich UK, ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of our people.
  • Maintain an optimal infrastructure to deliver customer service levels, financial targets, and defined operational KPIs, working collaboratively with central teams.
  • Ensure adherence to defined After-Sales processes and procedures, championing a safety-first culture and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Continuously seek and implement best practice processes to achieve maximum customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Effectively communicate with customers and suppliers, tailoring a complete end-to-end aftermarket solution to meet their individual requirements.
  • Any other associated tasks required within the customer service operation.

Requirements:

  • Experience of work planning and scheduling, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Proven management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coach people at all levels and remotely.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, with a focus on delivering customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing customer needs and putting the customer at the heart of what we do.
