Special Education Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Future Education in Wimbledon, London. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of students with autism (ASD), profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), and complex care needs.
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide 1:1 or small group support in lessons and activities, assist with personalized learning plans, and support students with personal care. You will also help manage behaviour with positive reinforcement and track student progress.
Key requirements for this role include experience working with SEN students, a caring attitude, willingness to help with personal care, strong communication and teamwork skills, and a flexible approach to student needs.
