Technical Support Professional

The Briggs Equipment Group is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and managing technical projects, ensuring our IT estate is up-to-date via patching and firmware updates as appropriate.
This permanent role offers a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with and manage technical projects, including infrastructure upgrades and maintenance.
- Ensure the IT estate is kept up-to-date via regular patching and firmware updates.
- Support technical projects as required.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding of infrastructure systems used to support an IT environment, including DNS, DHCP, Certificates, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft System Centre products, specifically Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune.
- Understanding of Microsoft Server operating systems from Server 2008 to Server 2022.
- Good working knowledge of Office365, including Exchange Online, Teams, and Entra ID.
- Good working knowledge of networking concepts, such as IP addressing, switching, routing, and Wi-Fi configurations.
