SEN Learning Assistant

In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement tailored support plans for students with special educational needs.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualised support to students with special educational needs
- Developing and implementing personalised learning strategies and interventions
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience working with children with Autism or other special educational needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Estimated salary: £30,500 based on location and experience. Benefits include competitive pay rate, flexible working arrangements, and access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
