Job Title: Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator
Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of business services. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated team committed to the care and conservation of important places.
Responsibilities:
* Manage people's diaries and records to ensure efficient and proactive business services
* Assist with system and financial management to maintain accurate records
* Create reports and perform general administrative tasks to support the team
Requirements:
* A helpful and friendly attitude with excellent communication skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently under direction
* Comfortable using IT packages and enthusiastic about learning new skills
