Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team at Donnelly Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.
About the Role:
You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for coordinating department bookings for service, assisting the Parts function on holiday and absence, and prospecting for Service Work to encourage customers of special offers available to them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate department bookings for service
- Assist the Parts function on holiday and absence
- Prospect for Service Work to encourage customers of special offers
- Carry out customer follow-up calls to maintain good customer relationships and build customer loyalty
Requirements:
- Ability to prove and demonstrate experience in the provision of high levels of customer satisfaction
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Professionally presented and possess a good work ethic
- A full driver's license as driving duties are involved
- At least 2 years experience in a similar customer-focused role
- Computer literate
