Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team at Donnelly Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our service and parts facilities.

About the Role

This role involves acting as a reliable and efficient point of contact for customers, welcoming them to the department, and organizing department bookings for service. You will also assist the Parts function on holiday and absence, dealing with customer requests and phone-calls. Additionally, you will prospect for Service Work to encourage customers of special offers available to them and carry out customer follow-up calls to maintain good customer relationships and build customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Act as a reliable and efficient point of contact for customers
  • Organize department bookings for service and assist the Parts function on holiday and absence
  • Prospect for Service Work to encourage customers of special offers available to them
  • Carry out customer follow-up calls to maintain good customer relationships and build customer loyalty
Requirements
  • Ability to prove and demonstrate experience in the provision of high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Professionally presented and possess a good work ethic
  • A full driver's license as driving duties are involved
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar customer-focused role
  • Computer literate
