Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Donnelly Group. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a reliable and efficient point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent customer service through communication and customer satisfaction.
- Welcome all customers to the department, organize department bookings for service, and assist the Parts function on holiday and absence.
- Prospect for Service Work to encourage customers of special offers available to them.
- Carry out customer follow-up calls to maintain good customer relationships and build customer loyalty to the department.
- Promote the service and parts facilities to encourage repeat Aftersales, ensuring that the customer is dealt with professionally every time.

Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of vehicle parts would be advantageous.
- Experience using a CRM system.
Required Criteria
- Ability to prove and demonstrate your experience in the provision of high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Professionally presented and possess a good work ethic.
- A full driver's license as driving duties are involved.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar customer-focused role.
- Computer literate.
