About the Role

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, driving sales growth, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

• Manage and supervise a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences

• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and meet targets

• Maintain accurate records and reports to inform business decisions
