We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated social worker to join our team in adults and autism services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support to individuals who require assistance with daily living tasks and accessing community resources.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough care act assessments, developing personalized care and support plans, and providing ongoing support to individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders. To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong understanding of adult social care principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- • A bachelor's or master's degree in social work from a recognized institution
- • Active registration with Social Work England
- • Significant experience working in adults services, preferably in roles involving direct support and assessment
