">About the Role
">We are looking for a dedicated Senior Social Worker to join our Living in Care Home Review Team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will require you to lead on practice and performance development through high-quality supervision and support of staff in line with The Care Act principles.
">Responsibilities

- Take a lead on highly complex cases, working creatively in partnership with others to manage risk.">
- Provide leadership through managing essential functions of the team, including complex safeguarding situations.">
- Be responsible for Quality Assurance of practitioners' case work and ensuring practice standards are being met.">
- Develop working relationships with customers, their families, providers, and health and social care partner organizations.">
Requirements
">- ">
- Be a qualified Social Worker with a Social Work England registration.">
- Have the ability to work from a variety of locations and travel countywide independently.">
- A willingness to work with a variety of partner organisations and enjoy networking and influencing others.">
