About the Job

Your primary responsibilities will include completing comprehensive care act assessments, developing personalized care and support plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance to individuals with autism and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

Requirements
  • • A degree or equivalent qualification in social work from a reputable institution
  • • Current registration with Social Work England
  • • Extensive experience working in adults services, preferably in roles involving assessment, support planning, and direct support
Salary and Benefits Package

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
