Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity as a Deputy Manager at Trewartha Estate will provide you with the chance to lead a team of care professionals and contribute to the success of our organization.
You will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the home, supporting the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of Trewartha
- Lead a team of care professionals with passion and commitment
- Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the lives of our residents
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Prior experience in a residential and/or nursing setting
- A full, valid driver's license
- Access to own vehicle (desirable)
