About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of our care home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Home Manager in leading a team of care professionals
  • Form strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Ensure the highest quality of care is delivered to our residents

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a residential and/or nursing setting
  • Full, valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle
  • Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example
