About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Trewartha, a residential care home providing high-quality care to our residents. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, leading a team of care professionals and forming strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead a team of care professionals with passion and commitment
- Form strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families
Requirements
- Previous experience in a residential and/or nursing setting
- Full, valid driver's licence
- Access to own vehicle desirable
