PMO Analyst – Manchester (with Hybrid working available)

We're looking for a skilled PMO Analyst to join our team in Manchester, working with a hybrid schedule. As a PMO Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Head of the iPMO to create a highly disciplined, effective, and controlled project management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively support the Head of the iPMO to introduce effective controls, including Benefits Management, to ensure successful delivery across the Major Projects Directorate Portfolio.
  • Provide assurance to the Head of the iPMO and the Major Projects Director, highlighting challenges and issues of benefit realisation.
  • Ensure Project controls acts as the custodian of programme methodology and programme management standards.
  • Establish consistent practices and standards for project planning, reporting, deliverables management, dependencies, change control, risks, and issues management.
  • Develop and maintain the Portfolio Dependency Log, ensuring that across the Portfolio the Projects/Programmes are actively identifying and managing dependencies.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with the internal Delivery Partnership Team and external stakeholders.
