At Golf View, Nairn, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team.

This is a customer-facing, hands-on and fast-paced role that includes overall responsibility for all the food and beverage within the hotel, and for duty management.

As someone who takes pride in your work and your professional appearance, you will also embrace challenges and be able to influence others at all levels.

Leading the Food and Beverage team, you will use strong organisational and admin skills, and will ensure that all policies and procedures are followed precisely.

This includes everything from rotas and people management to checking daily revenue and stock control.

You will take part in regular Head of Department meetings with the hotel's General Manager and Operations Manager, and will help to maintain and improve the high quality of our product and service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Managing staff rotas and people management
  • Controlling daily revenue and stock levels
  • Participating in regular Head of Department meetings

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or Restaurant and Bar Manager
  • A real passion for good food and exceptional service
  • Excellent organisational and admin skills
  • A flexible approach to working hours
