Job Overview
Sales and Business Development Manager
Prince Personnel Limited is seeking a driven, highly motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to join their team in Telford. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and managing existing customer relationships.

Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
* Manage and develop existing customer base and key accounts
* Identify additional customers who mirror existing key accounts and develop those relationships
* Measure, report and understand customer 'value' – Enquiry win rate, year-on-year revenue, customer retention/loss
* Develop and manage marketing campaigns to support sales activity

Requirements
* A proven track record of business development and increasing sales/turnover levels within similar businesses
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Good networking skills
* Hold a full, clean UK driving licence due to the nature of the role

Benefits
* Competitive commission-based salary (£35,000 - £40,000 DOE) + Commission (circa £15k is achievable but significantly more could be earned)
