Position Overview:
As a Clinical Assessment Physiotherapist, your primary responsibility will be to evaluate individuals and understand how their health conditions impact their ability to work. Utilizing your clinical knowledge, you will conduct thorough assessments, taking detailed medical histories and performing physical evaluations. You will then compile clear and precise reports for the relevant authorities to assist in determining each individual's eligibility for support.

This role involves engaging with clients both in person and through virtual platforms. Regardless of the mode of communication, you will approach each interaction with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that you ask insightful questions while adhering to best practice standards. You will have ample time to conduct thorough assessments, providing each client with your full attention. Although you will operate independently, you will be part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, with support readily available.

Candidate Profile:
- HCPC Registered Physiotherapist with a minimum of 12 months of recent, diverse post-registration experience.
- Experience in functional assessments and clinical decision-making is advantageous.
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development on your CV.
- Membership in the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) is preferred.
- Completion of ECDL or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and the importance of meeting customer service standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Proficient IT skills and experience with various software applications.
- Self-aware and committed to ongoing professional development.
- Integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
- Motivated to deliver high-quality customer service, demonstrating empathy and respect during assessments.
- Capable of working independently to meet deadlines and quality standards.
