Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Regulatory Policy Manager to join our team at GlaxoSmithKline. As a key member of our regulatory affairs team, you will play a critical role in shaping the global regulatory environment and driving innovation in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert interpretation and advice on regional legislation, guidelines, and policies to support GSK's biopharmaceutical portfolio.
  • Develop and implement advocacy plans to accelerate innovation in selected countries, leveraging facilitated regulatory pathways.
  • Support the increased use of facilitated regulatory pathways by catch-up assets teams and assets teams within the Acceleration in Region (AiR) project.
  • Interact with key regulatory agencies, government, and trade associations on assigned topic areas, representing GSK in trade association meetings.
  • Liaise with regional and central GRA teams to discuss and interpret emerging intelligence for the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science.
  • Experience in a regulatory affairs function/role, with knowledge of all phases of the drug development process, including Biologicals.
  • Experience in regulatory policy and advocacy, or in regulatory regional roles.
  • Understanding of regional external regulatory environment.
