Responsibilities
  • Monitor and communicate policy and regulatory priorities for Europe, identifying areas of consistency and divergence across markets.
  • Develop and communicate D&B policy position statements to address European market needs, ensuring effective engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Manage regulatory registration and reporting requirements across European markets, coordinating inputs and preparation with internal stakeholders.
  • Interface with European regulatory agencies to facilitate review and approval of regulatory applications.
  • Represent D&B in global policy associations, ensuring consistent and aligned messaging across Europe.
  • Provide content guidance for regional regulatory documents and meetings, aligning with global strategy.
  • Support the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer in managing global public policy and regulatory affairs strategy.

Requirements
  • 12-15 years of relevant experience in public policy and/or regulatory affairs, ideally in data-related policy and regulatory matters.
  • Working knowledge of privacy, data protection, and/or consumer protection regulation.
  • Experience working in industry and trade associations, with leadership roles preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with proficiency in communicating strategic and tactical issues to management.
  • Ability to engage with external stakeholders, drive projects to accomplishment, and work under pressure.
