We are excited to be working with our award-winning client to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their growing team in East Grinstead. This role is available due to ongoing strong business levels and offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide front-line inbound telephone and email support to clients, understanding their bespoke requirements and delivering a high level of customer response and service.
- Resolve day-to-day queries relating to the successful delivery of goods, processing customer correspondence in line with company service standards.
- Work closely with Customer Services and warehouse Team Leaders, along with external customers, to ensure the smooth running of all contracts.
- Manage live chat, dealing with inbound queries and passing them on to relevant departments within agreed time-frames.
- Previous customer service experience, working to deadlines and service level commitments.
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good standard of written and verbal communication.
- Previous knowledge and experience of logistics/delivery services (desirable but not essential).
