As part of your responsibilities, you will coordinate the IHASCO company/employee training system, manage employee starters and leavers process, coordinate inductions, and support e-learning initiatives. Your excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures. We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is £24,000-£27,000 per annum (pro-rated), which reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for this role.
