About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Architect to join our team at Prodapt. As a Product Architect, you will play a critical role in translating new product capabilities and features into a high-level solution that spans the end-to-end product scope.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Architecture Deliverables: Develop product architecture deliverables for underlay product features, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Agile Product Backlog Management: Contribute to agile product backlog EPIC's, capabilities, and features, ensuring adequate acceptance criteria and clear terms of reference.
  • Technical Product Feasibility: Document solution options as part of the Technical Product Feasibility, providing a clear understanding of the proposed solution.
  • Product High-Level Design: Document the selected solution as part of the Product high-level design, ensuring seamless integration between solution building blocks.
  • Review and Management: Review solution context and low-level specification for OSS/BSS platform changes, ensuring accurate end-to-end technical and service specification.
  • Third-Party Deliverables: Manage third-party deliverables, ensuring clear terms of reference and statements of work.
  • Project Expenditure: Ensure project expenditure is in line with budgetary commitments.
  • Virtual Team Collaboration: Work in a large-scale virtual team to determine product and service building blocks and how they interact with each other.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership with the virtual team, facilitating seamless integration between solution building blocks.
  • Design and Development: Ensure design and development embraces Vodafone technology model, methodology, and standards.
  • Operational and Support Functions: Engage with operational and support functions to collect and discuss requirements and solutions.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present solution to technical and non-technical audiences and run know-how transfer sessions.
  • Team Player: Endeavour to be a pro-active team player, capable of being part of a high-performance team, capable of dealing with multiple workloads and prioritizing the most relevant activities.
Key Accountabilities and Decision Ownership
  • Technical and Service Specification: Ensure accurate end-to-end technical and service specification and delivery of new Product Features in line with budget, time, and quality.
  • Requirements Management: Capture and manage all requirements, ensuring they are translated into a logical incremental delivery plan (including MVP) and in line with Sage Agile Principles and Vodafone Governance model.
  • OSS/BSS Integration: Ensure accurate OSS/BSS integration for new Product Features.
  • Product Documentation: Review key product documentation from internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including backlog, HLDs, Low-level designs.
  • RAID Logbook Management: Manage End-to-End, Design-Oriented, Risk Assumptions Information Dependencies/Decisions (RAID) logbook during the Product Delivery Lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant higher education in a related field (computer science/networking field).
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge and understanding of Fixed Connectivity particularly Metro Ethernet Forum products, OSS/BSS integration experience, Service Design knowledge, and Safe Agile Awareness or even better Certified.
Nice to Have
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in JIRA tool in the context of requirements and management and RAID log management.
  • Atlassian Confluence Tool: Previous experience in Atlassian Confluence tool.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Agreed Scope Delivery: Agreed scope delivered within budget, time, and quality.
  • Risk Management: Manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies which may arise as part of the product solution.
  • Collateral Production: Ensure all agreed collaterals for the project are produced and reviewed to the required standard.
