About the Role

The Product Service Architect sits within the Adoption & Automation team and plays a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that enhance business processes and drive efficiency. They collaborate closely with stakeholders, assess business needs, and create designs that align with organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions that optimise business processes and drive efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and create designs that align with organisational objectives
  • Utilise process review and automation skills to optimise workflows and improve user experience
  • Promote the adoption of new processes and tools within the workplace
  • Ensure that new processes and tools are user-friendly, meet the needs of employees, and are effectively integrated into existing workflows

Requirements

  • Experience within a Business analysis/Service Architect/User Adoption Specialist role (or similar) preferably within an IT department or within a role that utilised technology to deliver business value
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as facilitation and negotiation
  • Familiar with working with and managing stakeholders and customers whilst delivering technology solutions
  • Demonstrable experience of simplifying/optimising and automating IT and Business processes
  • Experience with IT analytics to improve adoption and user experience
  • Knowledge of Low-Code/No-Code solutions, preferably Microsoft Power Platform
  • Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Experience creating and presenting Service/Process based documentation and/or detailed technical design documentation
