Job Description

**Enterprise Service Architect Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Service Architect to join our team at Smart DCC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in shaping our service architecture and ensuring that our operations are aligned with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of our overall team strategy and take ownership of aspects of the Major Change and ODA team.
  • Collaborate with our Operational teams to design and shape our E2E Operational teams and capabilities, ensuring seamless integration of new services and products into our target operating model.
  • Deliver end-to-end service architecture packages through robust planning and management, ensuring that Service Design supports programmatic/project delivery dates.
  • Influence project/program and key stakeholders to ensure that the product or solution delivered meets the strategic aims and needs of Operations.
  • Act as an SME interface to program/projects for Operational colleagues, leading and moderating workshops to identify, interpret, qualify, and improve.
  • Produce enterprise service architecture artefacts, including High-level Service Designs, system data, plans, and Ways of working documents.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in a similarly high-level Service Architecture role.
  • Experience in Service Design and Architecture, with a focus on non-technical aspects.
  • Experience acting as an SME interface to program and projects.
  • Extensive experience producing enterprise service architecture artefacts, including High-level Service Designs, system data, plans, and Ways of working documents.
  • Experience producing iterative Impact Assessments, identifying the impact of change.
  • Excellent, proven senior stakeholder management experience.
