About the Role

We're seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as a Staff Product Architect. In this role, you'll:

  • Contribute to our technical architecture, ensuring scalability and agility as we grow to serve millions of customers.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts to build back-end and front-end systems.
  • Coach and mentor other engineers, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Partner with the Engineering Manager to develop technical strategy and drive technical excellence.
  • Raise the bar for technical standards, performance, reliability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Significant experience building SaaS products and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Deep knowledge of high-level programming languages and experience with distributed systems.
  • 2+ years of experience as a primary technical leader for a team.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams and designers, with a proven track record of delivering value to customers.
