About The Role
We're looking for a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team at HC-One. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting residents with personal care activities such as washing, dressing, and meals
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
- Working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to ensure residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Safeguarding residents and reporting any concerns
