Deputy Ward Manager - CAMHS Specialist

Join Merco Medical Staffing Limited as a Deputy Ward Manager - CAMHS Specialist and contribute to the delivery of effective clinical care and risk management in a CAMHS Low Secure Unit.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Ward Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Ward Manager - CAMHS Specialist, you will be responsible for contributing to the efficient and safe day-to-day delivery of effective clinical care and risk management of the young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Active Registration with the NMC, meeting the requirements of Revalidation
  • Trained Mentor
  • Clinical Supervision experience essential, training desirable
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development and intent to maintain and develop CPD
  • Leadership
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience in Mental Health or Learning Disability services
  • At least 3 years, or equivalent experience post-registration
