We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse to join our team at a leading mental health hospital in Cheadle, Greater Manchester.

As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, their families, and visitors. You will work closely with the ward team to apply relevant policies and statutory requirements, and communicate effectively with the wider team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience in delivering and receiving supervision, and excellent leadership skills. You will be able to assess and prioritize clinical situations, and manage effective communication between medical and nursing staff.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,014 - £43,313.92 per annum, DOE, and a range of benefits including enhancements, a £5,000 welcome bonus, and ongoing training and career progression.
