Job Description

  • We are seeking a customer-focused individual to take on the management of service delivery, with particular attention to housing management and maintenance issues.
  • The successful candidate will engage residents and develop a tight-knit community spirit through the facilitation of regular social events and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service delivery to ensure high-quality support for leasehold elderly residents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, fostering a sense of community and inclusivity.
  • Facilitate social events and activities to promote resident engagement and well-being.
Requirements:
  • A customer-focused background with experience in housing management or a related field.
  • Basic digital skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
