As a Customer Success Manager for MatchBox Exchange, you will play a vital role in ensuring growth, customer satisfaction, and retention in our new and growing market in the EU. You will be the main point of contact, engaging with customers and being a critical part of the growing impact of our products in the region.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our software solutions by our customers in the EU. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support and guidance to ensure their success. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region.
