About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Director to lead our team in delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large-scale projects across multiple brands, leveraging your expertise in brand strategy, marketing, and communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to help them grow professionally and personally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
