Luxury Brand Marketing Role Overview

The Senior Director of Luxury Brand Marketing will lead the development and execution of luxury brand marketing strategies, campaigns, and creative to drive awareness, consideration, and demand for Marriott International's luxury hotels in EMEA.

This role will maintain a focus on customer data and build a strong understanding of the high net worth customer to develop impactful marketing strategies with a clear ROI.

The Senior Director will collaborate with stakeholders across EMEA and HQ in marketing, brand, loyalty, partnerships, PR, and digital to drive luxury brand marketing efforts.

  • Lead luxury brand marketing efforts to drive awareness of The Ritz Carlton, The Ritz-Carlton Reserve, St. Regis, JW Marriott, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels, EDITION, and Marriott International Luxury Group brands.
  • Develop and execute audience-led, 360 marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives.
  • Monitor customer sentiment and trends in key source markets to inform marketing strategy and plans.
  • Coordinate and manage the EMEA Luxury Brands messaging strategy to ensure a cohesive approach to luxury consumer-facing messaging.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with a focus on luxury brands.
  • Proven experience in driving creative marketing strategies and enhancing brand affinity.
  • University or professional marketing qualification required.
  • High proficiency in English is required, with additional language knowledge desirable.
