Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner Lead. This exciting opportunity will enable you to work autonomously, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our primary care network.

Job Description: As a Nurse Practitioner Lead, you will be responsible for assessing and triaging patients, providing definitive treatment, and making referrals to other members of the primary care team. You will also lead the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and pathways, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's qualification in Advanced Clinical Practice or a similar accreditation, NMC registration, and experience working in primary care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise and organise your case load, and willingness to undertake further training as required are also essential.

Salary: The salary for this role is approximately £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
