Job Description

As a Clinical Lead at HC-One, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional clinical care to our residents.

You will work closely with multi-professional teams to ensure seamless care delivery, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the quality of care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver a service that is empathetic to resident issues and meets statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing and UK NMC Pin Qualified.
  • Proven experience as a registered nurse, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care in a care home environment.
  • Familiarity with NMC standards and regulations.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
