Ten2Two Ltd is a dynamic and rapidly growing insurance business based in Hove, offering a supportive culture and great benefits. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team.

Job Summary

This role involves generating new sales leads, creating quote appointments, and managing own prospects. The successful candidate will be able to develop into quality sales appointments, investigate and research prospects, and obtain and confirm renewal dates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create quote appointments, targeted at 40 per month, with an income target of £5,000 per month.
  • Ensure targets are met by achieving 2 hours of talk time per day.
  • Manage own prospects and develop them into quality sales appointments.
  • Investigate and research prospects, updating data and identifying key decision-makers.
  • Obtain and confirm prospects' renewal dates.
  • Deliver leads for a suite of products: Energy, Telecoms, IT, Employee Benefits, Recruitment & Consultancy, Business Supplies, Health Protection, Wealth Management & Finance, and Risk Management.
  • Attend New Business team meetings and huddles.
  • Support ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets.
  • Proven track record of strong client relationships.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 per annum (pro-rated for part-time hours), plus commission and bonus payments. Our benefits package includes private medical insurance, professional exam support, and a great reward and recognition programme.

Working Hours and Location

This is an office-based position in Hove, and we are open to part-time hours as long as these can be spread across 5 days.
