Orthopaedic Occupational Therapy Lead

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a well-established team that works closely with counterparts in MSK and Elective Orthopaedic Centre to innovate, share knowledge, and embed good practice.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as an Orthopaedics Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
The successful candidate will have significant experience working with patients with orthopaedic conditions, providing specialist therapy services within the acute hospital setting.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
About the Role
- This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week
- The post holder will be based at Northwick Park Hospital
- They will work closely with a team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and therapy technicians to deliver specialist therapy services within the Orthopaedic team
- They will have opportunities to work alongside Clinical Specialists in Occupational therapy and Physiotherapy to develop and support the rest of the team in delivering high-quality services and service improvement projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
- State Registration with HPC
- Min 4 years' experience working as an Occupational therapist in NHS in relevant field
- Student supervisors' course
- Membership of specialist group in relevant area of work (desirable)
